  • First place in the Marathon of Parallel Programming at the WSCAD 2015 went to the team formed by João Paulo Pereira Novais (Computer Engineering) and João Saffran (Computer Science) under the supervision of Matheus Alcântara Souza (Recently graduated with a Master's degree in Informatics) and advised by Professor Henrique Cota de Freitas (PPGInf) and Professor Luís Fabrício Góes (PPGEE).
