Online Athenaeum: Research Practices and Experiences with Childhoods for their Rights.
Objective: To generate a space for exchange and analysis of research practices produced in different contexts and territories. From the Research Project C149 of the UNCo we propose to initiate spaces for exchange with different research groups formalized in academic institutions - universities and institutes - and other social actors - teaching groups and social organizations. We understand that research practices and experiences are not only focused on recognized academic fields, but they are also part of multiple spaces and doings. The modality of athenaeum promotes a particular formative dialogue that is very suitable for this proposal in which voices and knowledge will be found to produce others – new – novel. The initial proposal is to hold two online meetings through one of the virtual spaces of the National University of Comahue.
Territory of Childhood Studies
The Study and Research Group of the Territory of Childhood Studies -TEI aims to be a space and time of analyses and reflections about the investigations carried out on/with/from children and children in their relations in/with the world. In addition, as a group, our intention is also to develop collective and individual research linked to the TEI proposal. Therefore, it is a public space for conferences of investigations, studies, or practices, developed in academic, school and society spaces in general, conducted by researchers, professors, and specialists from different fields of knowledge.

Group of Research and Studies in Geography of Childhood (GRUPEGI)
The Geography of Childhood seeks to understand babies, children and their childhoods through the geographical space and spatial expressions that unfold from it, such as landscapes, territories, and places, among others; but it is also the desire to dialogue with the geographies created by babies and children. This way, our research seeks to understand how young children engage with the elements of spatial culture and how they emerge in their everyday lives. We are interested in the genetically embryonic forms of the processes of experience of spatial elements, the genesis of creation and authorial activity, which in our view explains the formation of the superior structures of creation and authorship. Interdisciplinary Education Study and Research Group - The Interdisciplinary Education Study and Research Group (GEPEI) aims to analyze the subject's education from various theoretical backgrounds. From those clippings we will try to make some inferences about the relations between the subject and the transmission of knowledge about the aspects that define the quality in education. Thus, several elements that cross the formative process are primordial axes of analysis so that one can think about the constitution of a quality educational practice. Therefore, the group will aim to stimulate research to analyze the relationships between subjects in various situations of transmission of knowledge to support an educational practice and, mainly, the search for emancipation that allows the formation of a subject inserted in a dialogical process with knowledge not known in the interfaces between development and society.
NIPE - Interdisciplinary Center for Teaching Practices, Research and University Extension
The research of the group members is located in the field of Education and focuses on topics related to the practices of teaching, research and interdisciplinary extension, developed in different areas of Education, originating publications (books and articles in collections), exhibitions and presentations of works in national and international events (congresses, seminars, symposia and meetings) of scientific dissemination, such as ANPEd, National Association of Research in Education and ENDIPE, National Didactics and Teaching Practice Meeting.
Translation, Studies, and Interpretation Center of the representatives works of historical-cultural theory
In the last two decades of the 20th century, the first works of some Soviet thinkers arrived in Brazil. Among them, there were important works of the founders of Soviet historical-cultural theory, represented, above all, by the texts of Vigotski and his collaborators. The postulates of those authors arrived in the West through North American translations that spread them within the historical-geographical context of the moment, marked by the Cold War and an arrangement of world space, focused on a bipolar organization, of coexistence between differentiated political and economic ideologies. In turn, within the then Soviet Union, many of those texts were being rediscovered, reissued, became public, circulated again in various circles, after years of censorship and cuts promoted in the Stalinist period and by the Soviet governments that succeeded it. In the late 1970s and early 1980s, the dissemination of the works of the main representatives of the theory intensified and the possibility of having access to such writings that reveal little known facets of their authors to us. It is in the meantime that we organize the Translation, Studies and Interpretation Center of the representatives works of the Historical-Cultural Theory - NUTHIC, whose main purpose is to contribute to the translation, dissemination, studies, and interpretation of works written and published by L. S. Vigotski, A. R. Luria, A. N. Leontiev, L. I. Bojovitch among others. Such proposal has its genesis in the doctoral research of Prestes (2010), when it was possible for us to know the misunderstanding that many translations existing in Brazil and other Western countries presented, pointing to different interpretations of their origins. Located inside the Faculdade de Educação da Universidade Federal Fluminense (Faculty of Education of Fluminense Federal University), the center brings together researchers from different institutes and training, as well as other institutions, all with the common interest in historical-cultural theory and in their original writings.
