Objectives 

• Conduct and stimulate research in its specialized fields and lines of research;
• Educate the faculty to be able to critically intervene in the transformations of the legal world and social issues, contributing to the consolidation of the Democratic Rule of Law;
• Investigate the reason, meaning and implications of the Democratic Rule of Law in Brazil;
• Train Masters and Doctors to become Law professors and researchers, with highly developed specific knowledge.
